Gautam Sinha joined Times Group in 2007 as CTO, and is currently Director and heads all aspects of technology and eCommerce. In his capacity, he leads and drives the technology strategy, vision and execution for all the internet, mobile and telecommunication properties of the group. He has over 24 years of rich experience in technology innovation and execution, which includes a wealth of startup and industry expertise. He is a global executive with rich international experience. Most recently, Mr. Sinha was the COO/CTO of CashEdge Inc, where he worked since 2001 building and leading the company from startup to profitability. Prior to CashEdge, he held senior management positions at Sevant, Aspect Communications, at the Neural Applications Corporation, and at the Ministry of Defence in India (DRDO). Mr. Sinha has been awarded US patents for his work done in telecommunication and financial services. His expertise includes highly secure and scalable enterprise software architectures, artificial intelligence and call center solutions. He holds a MS in Computer Science from the University of Iowa (USA) and a BS in Computer Science from Birla Institue of Technology.

Abhishek Gupta, currently leads the TLab initiatives at Times Internet limited. At TLabs, Abhishek is responsible for finding and funding startups in Technology, Internet and mobile space. Apart from day-to-day mentoring of startups in strategy, technology, product and marketing and connecting them to mentors, advisors and investors from the industry, he is also responsible for the management and execution of the program. Prior to TLabs Abhishek as VP of Technology, Lime Labs India, built engineering and operations team (100+) and led the Product and Technology initiative of two Internet businesses LimeDomains(sold to NetFronts) and LimeExchange (sold to Freelancer). At LimeLabs he was involved in every aspect of creation and execution of a business – from establishing the overall concept, strategic blueprint, technology and financial planning; through team building, strategic partnering, product development, and M&A. He hold a B.Tech degree in Computer Science and engineering from IT-BHU.

Lalit Bansal, a graduate in Industrial Engineering from IIT Delhi in 1999, is a senior technocrat with over a decade of experience in the Internet and Mobile space. During his stint at TIL, he has been involved in analysis, development and managing end to end solutions for various portals in multiple technologies spanning across E-Com, content,travel, social media, financial data management, analytics and ad networks. His entrepreneurial thinking helps him to define and design products with better user experience and map it to technology solutions. Prior to joining Times he was with IBM where he worked in various roles with their technology team.

Arpit is responsible for running the mentoring program and various community and outreach initiatives at TLabs. Before joining TLabs, Arpit was an entrepreneur running Academic Ventures, a Technology Commercialization company, where he consulted several incubators and startups on business planning and strategy.Before starting up, he sold High Performance Computing services to large enterprise customers at Tata CRL, Pune (now a part of TCS) and wrote video codes at Ittiam Systems, Bangalore. He has been deeply engaged with the Indian startup ecosystem through Headstart Network, where he has been a volunteer for more than 5 years. During this time he has planned 8 Barcamps and conducted 50+ startup community events in Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune and Delhi.Arpit holds a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from NIT Trichy and a MBA from SJMSOM, IIT Bombay.

Abhimanyu is responsible for monitoring performance of the TLabs portfolio startups and providing advisory services across various functional areas. Before relocating to India he was working as a business consultant in London with experience across various industry sectors and cross-functional domains. Prior to this he obtained his masters degree from London School of Economics and first degree from IIT. He is passionate about applying his strategic and operational advisory skills in providing hands-on assistance to budding entrepreneurs in the start-up ecosystem.
